Role & Responsibilities

Your mission will involve analyzing and optimizing business processes, managing ERP evolution projects, coordinating stakeholders, driving continuous improvement, and managing the ERP roadmap and backlog.

Your main responsibilities:

ERP Expert
  • ERP Functional Lead: Consolidate ERP knowledge, resolve issues, track partners, and create functional documentation.
  • Process Definition & Improvement: Gather and analyze business requirements, formalize AS IS / TO BE processes, propose continuous improvements.
  • Business Analyst: Analyze business and functional needs, identify gaps between current processes and target needs, manage development and follow-up with external providers, and propose solutions aligned with the company’s strategy.
  • Testing Structure: Test deliverables and ensure business tests are also planned and executed.

ERP Project Manager

  • Manage ERP-related projects: Lead the implementation of ERP-related projects, coordinate internal and external teams, and monitor timelines and risks.
  • Coordinate Business Expertise: Support business experts in projects related to process optimization linked to ERP systems; help them define requirements, assess feasibility, establish schedules, and define priorities.
  • Operational Support: Support users, train teams, manage small evolutions, and optimize ERP usage.

Product Owner

  • Product Ownership: Define and maintain the ERP roadmap, prioritize changes and enhancements.

Profile & Required Skills

  • Ideally, a university-level education in fields such as business, engineering, IT, or sciences.
  • Significant experience (minimum of 4 years) in functional IT analysis, preferably around an ERP system, in an industrial food and beverage environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to clearly summarize complex information.
  • Ability to lead workshops and structure discussions effectively and firmly.
  • Strong and thorough analytical skills.

Assistant production line operator

As part of our expansion, we are looking for an Assistant Production Line Operator for our Leuze-en-Hainaut site.

Your responsibilities

The role of the Assistant Production Line Operator, working alongside the Line Operator, is to ensure that manufacturing operations run smoothly on the production line assigned to him/her by the Workshop Manager, in order to achieve production targets in compliance with established rules.

  • You ensure compliance with the various rules applicable within the workshop (HACCP, production line settings, maintenance of lines, kitchens, storage area and cleaning room, compliance with scanning rules in the ERP system, clean lines at the end of the day).
  • In general, you are responsible for ensuring that safety, hygiene and quality rules are properly applied.
  • You welcome, support and train staff for the job
  • You monitor the SLED of incoming and outgoing raw materials on a daily basis.
  • Carry out first-level maintenance and work in collaboration with the technical department
  • You work closely with the quality department, and inform them immediately of any anomalies observed.

Profile / Skills required

  • You have at least one proven experience in line management
  • You have already managed a team of 4 to 5 people
  • You have already worked in the agri-food sector
  • Excellent knowledge of HACCP rules

Your main responsibilities 

  • You read drawings, grafcet, schematics (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic) and technical manuals (including in English).
  • You use electrical measuring equipment (multimeter, etc.) and test equipment (pressure, flow, vibration, etc.).
  • You apply basic welding techniques.
  • You manage and record interventions in CMMS.
  • Assemble industrial or operating equipment, adjust its settings and check its operation.
  • You locate the fault on the production or operating installation and determine the technical solutions and conditions for restoring the equipment.
  • Identify, replace and/or repair faulty parts.
  • Set machine and equipment parameters.
  • Fill in work follow-up forms and pass on information to the relevant department.
  • Carry out work requiring authorization.
  • Connect a computer to equipment and diagnose faults using recorded programs.
  • Supervise / plan / carry out a maintenance operation.
  • You check the conformity of suppliers, subcontractors and service providers.
  • Help improve maintenance procedures.
  • You implement more efficient devices to increase machine efficiency and longevity.

Profile & Skills required

  • You have a degree in maintenance, electricity, automation, electronics and/or electrical engineering.
  • You are familiar with the Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
  • You comply with hygiene and dressing rules, and wear safety shoes in all areas of the building.

    • You are able to carry out first-level repairs.
    • You communicate with your teams, give them objective feedback, ensure cohesion and support new employees.
    • You train your teams: observing, coaching, demonstrating best practices and passing on your knowledge.
    • You pass on important information to Team Leaders and other departments.
    • You are a strong source of suggestions for improving the line's operation, bringing in ideas, suggestions, critical opinions, etc.

Profile required

  • You are able to manage a team in a caring manner.
  • You are familiar with or able to assimilate all quality/safety/production procedures and all instructions relating to the sector.
  • You have a technical background in1st line maintenance.
  • You are willing to work in 3 shifts.
  • Experience in the agri-food sector is an asset.
